How to order a firearm?
It's actually very easy to do. You can find great deals on-line but be careful who you buy from. Make sure you check the reputation of the dealer before you send any money.
Place your order on-line
Find a dealer near you that will handle the transfer. Most dealers will provide this service and will charge around $30-50 to handle the transaction.
Have the dealer send us a copy of their signed license. It is legal for us to accept a faxed or e-mailed copy of your dealers' Federal Firearms License (FFL). They can either fax it to 850-836-2526 or email a scanned version to email@example.com. It is best if you can have the dealer attach your name or order number with the license so we may process your order in a timely manner.
Once we receive the payment and signed copy of the FFL license, we will ship the firearm to your dealer.
You fill out the necessary paperwork for your state and pick up your firearm.
Why am I receiving a “Gateway Error” when I am checking out?
Our system is set up to immediately charge out your payment information once the order is placed to avoid any credit card information from being saved in the database.
The following may be the cause of you receiving this error message:
Your billing address does not match your credit card’s billing information.
Your billing zip code should only require the first 5 digits, additional digits in your zip code will disrupt the transaction.
Your bank or creditor may be putting a stop to the charges.
Insufficient funds in your payment account.
If none of these factors apply to you, please give us a call and we can help you with the transaction.
Do you have the item In Stock?
Our website is live which means that if you can add the item to your cart, we have it in stock. With as many products as we carry, we can make mistakes but that's the exception and not the rule. If for whatever reason the item is oversold, we will notify you immediately and provide further options.
Where's my Order?
Orders are generally shipped the same day or the next business day by standard air mail, priority mail or UPS. In most cases, you should receive a tracking number to your registered email. If your order is not received within 7-10 days, please contact us.
